Czechia Dealroom offers a comprehensive overview of more than 1,700 funded Czech startups, regardless of their stage of development, and over 650 investors, creating the most extensive digital map of Czech innovation to date. The platform enables users to track the development of individual companies, their funding history, growth trajectories and international expansion. At the same time, it provides insight into the overall performance of the Czech startup ecosystem according to international standards, making it possible to benchmark it against other countries.
Czechia Dealroom also provides a macro-level view of the Czech innovation ecosystem. According to Dealroom data, the combined value of Czech startups has reached approximately USD 18.1 billion, with the ecosystem growing more than sevenfold since 2015. Prague has established itself as the dominant hub with a value exceeding USD 13.8 billion, while Brno holds the position of the country’s second most significant innovation centre. The Czech Republic is home to four unicorns — Rohlik, Productboard, Mews and the globally recognised cybersecurity leaders AVG and Avast (now part of Gen Digital). In addition, the country currently hosts 37 scale-ups with a realistic potential to become unicorns, meaning companies with valuations ranging from USD 100 million to USD 999 million.
The platform also highlights the ability of Czech startups to attract investment. In 2024 alone, they raised more than CZK 6 billion (USD 370 million), with investors showing the strongest interest in sectors such as fintech, enterprise software, artificial intelligence and others. These figures are more than just statistics; they serve as a strong signal for international investors, enabling them to quickly identify promising companies and emerging trends within the Czech market.

The Hot Startups section allows users to instantly identify Czech startups with the highest growth potential, providing investors with a quick and efficient way to discover the most promising players in the market.
